In terms of material selection,  foreign countries actively explore the application of high-strength and lightweight new materials in lifting beam  manufacturing, such as high-strength aluminum alloys, which reduce the self-weight of lifting beams,  lower energy consumption, and improve lifting efficiency while ensuring structural strength.
Domestic research in the field of container lifting beams has also made remarkable progress in recent years. With the  continuous increase in container throughput at domestic ports,  the demand for efficient and safe lifting beam equipment has surged,  prompting domestic research institutions and enterprises to increase R&D investment. On the one hand,  in-depth studies have been conducted on the dynamic characteristics of lifting beams,  taking into account impact and vibration factors during loading and unloading. Through structural design optimization  and the addition of damping devices, the impact of vibration on lifting beams and containers is reduced,  and operational stability is improved. On the other hand, in terms of automatic control technology,  lifting beams based on sensors and intelligent control systems have been developed,  which can achieve automatic positioning, grabbing, and releasing of containers,  greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of loading and unloading operations while reducing manual operation errors  and labor intensity.
Although there are differences between domestic and foreign studies, their common goal is to enhance the performance,  efficiency, and safety of container lifting beams. In the future,  with the continuous development of cutting-edge technologies such as materials science, automation technology,  and artificial intelligence, container lifting beams will continue to advance toward intelligence, lightweight design,  and high efficiency, providing a more solid guarantee for global container logistics and transportation.
