Pneumatic ton bag spreaders are mainly used in the unloading operations of ton bags.
The pneumatic ton bag spreader is composed of a steel structure beam body, a chain hook group, an electrical control system, etc. Steel Structure Beam Body The steel structure of maxtech's ton bag spreader is the load-bearing component of the spreader. It is in a fully enclosed welded structure and consists of the main beam and 8 sets of pole beams. An electric air compressor mechanism is installed in the middle of the main beam.
Four corner pieces and lifting ring chain groups are welded on the top of the main beam, and an electrical control cabinet is placed inside the main beam. Pneumatic Mechanism The maxtech spreader is provided with installation space for 2 nitrogen tanks, offering an optional solution of using nitrogen tanks alone as the power source. The spreader is equipped with a set of air compressor - air storage tank system, which can store energy in the air tank through external power supply, and then release compressed air through electrical control to achieve the unloading work of pneumatic hooks. The main body of the maxtech pneumatic hook is made of stainless steel casting, with an integrated cylinder inside, which effectively reduces the weight of the hook and facilitates the hooking operation by workers.
Electrical Control System The maxtech electrical control system is operated by wireless remote control. For the electrical schematic diagram and circuit definitions, please refer to the electrical part in the attachment. This control is powered by an independent 24V power supply installed inside the electrical control cabinet. External power supply is not required during operation. When the power is insufficient, the battery needs to be charged.
