The hoisting process design includes construction techniques, hoisting parameter table (including equipment specifications, dimensions, total equipment weight, total hoisting weight, center of gravity elevation, hoisting point position and elevation), machinery, hoisting points and reinforcement, process diagrams, ground anchor construction drawings, hoisting operation area foundation treatment measures, etc.
3. The compilation and implementation of the construction plan. The construction unit shall organize engineering technicians to compile special construction plans before the construction of dangerous sub-projects and sub-items. In the case of general contracting, the construction general contracting unit shall organize the compilation. For dangerous large-scale projects that are subcontracted, the safety special construction plans can be compiled by the professional subcontracting unit. The special construction plans shall be signed and reviewed by the technical responsible person of the construction unit, and affixed with the unit's official seal. After being signed and affixed with the professional seal of the chief supervising engineer, they can be implemented.
4. For dangerous sub-projects and sub-items that are subcontracted, the construction unit shall compile the special construction plans. The special construction plans shall be jointly reviewed and signed by the technical responsible person of the general contracting unit and the technical responsible person of the subcontracting unit, and affixed with the unit's official seal.
For dangerous large-scale sub-projects and sub-items that exceed a certain scale, the construction unit shall organize an expert argumentation meeting to argue the special construction plans. In the case of general contracting, the construction general contracting unit shall organize the expert argumentation meeting. Before the expert argumentation meeting, the special construction plans shall be reviewed and approved by the construction unit and the chief supervising engineer.
5. The implementation requirements after the expert argumentation. If the argumentation opinion is "modified and passed", the construction unit shall modify and improve after following the argumentation opinion, and re-perform the approval procedures.
If the argumentation opinion is "not passed", the construction unit shall modify and re-organize the expert argumentation after the modification.
6. The main contents of the special construction plan compilation include: project overview, compilation basis, construction plan, construction process technology, construction safety guarantee measures, construction management and personnel allocation and division, acceptance requirements, emergency response measures, calculation books and related drawings.
7. In the mechanical and electrical installation project, the sub-projects and sub-items that exceed a certain scale and are dangerous include:
1) Hoisting and lifting engineering, using unconventional lifting equipment and methods and with a single piece lifting weight of 100kn or more;
2) Installation and dismantling of lifting machinery, with an installation and dismantling weight of 300kn or more, or a total height of 200m or more, or a foundation elevation of 200m or more;
3) Steel structure installation engineering, with a span of 36m or more;
4) Large-scale overall lifting, translation, rotation and other construction techniques with a weight of 1000kn or more.
